About Me
About Me
I am a board certified adult psychiatrist who evaluates and treats a range of psychiatric illnesses. I graduated from the University of Michigan, obtaining my undergraduate and medical degrees from this school. I completed a four-year adult psychiatry residency at the University of Michigan, graduating in 2014. From 2014-2019, I worked as a faculty member at the University of Michigan Department of Psychiatry. During my time there, I served as Assistant Director of the Anxiety Disorders Clinic, attending psychiatrist for the Women and Infants Mental Health Clinic, and Director of Michigan Medicine's Medical Student and House Officer Mental Health Programs.
Since 2019, I have been in private practice in Ann Arbor, where I offer mental health evaluation and treatment for adults across the lifespan, including consultation, medication management, and psychotherapy. I utilize a comprehensive and holistic approach that takes into account the biological, psychological, and social factors that contribute to a person's mental health. Treatment often involves a combination of medication and psychotherapy, as well as healthy lifestyle changes that are evidence-based to treat common mental health conditions and promote overall health and wellness.
My goal is to partner with my patients, in order to help them recover from whatever is troubling them, and to help restore each person to their full and unique potential.
